Refund Policy

As a small business, we craft our perfumes in limited quantities to ensure quality and exclusivity. For this reason, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference or orders placed incorrectly. We encourage customers to visit our Stockists to experience our scents before making a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and notify us within seven (7) days. To request a replacement, email info@ayonha.com or fill out our Contact form with your order number, item name, and a clear photo of the issue.

If a replacement or refund is approved, we’ll let you know whether the original item needs to be returned. In the case of an error on our side — like a damaged or incorrect item — we’ll cover the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, return shipping will be at your cost.

Please note we don’t replace or refund items that have been used or damaged due to improper care.
