As a small business, we craft our perfumes in limited quantities to ensure quality and exclusivity. For this reason, we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to visit our stockists to experience our scents before making a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and notify us within seven (7) days. To request a replacement, email info@ayonha.com or fill out our contact form with your order number, item name and a clear photo of the issue.

Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for items that have been used, worn or damaged due to improper care.
